"FUEL OF THE MONTH" COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION

The company with the name "YIUFI AE", with the number G.E.MH. 163753201000 based in Agia Paraskevi, Attica, 358 Mesogeion Street & Epirou 1 (hereinafter the "Organizer") organizes a promotional activity - a competition (hereinafter the "Competition"), from which one (1) winner will be selected following a lottery as described below.

Those interested will be able to take part in the Contest via the website [https://www.yiufi.com/diagonismos] or via the Organizer's Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/yiufiapp] or via the Promoter's Instagram page [https://www.instagram.com/yiufiapp/] or through the Promoter's TikTok page [https://www.tiktok.com/@yiufiapp], as explained below .

(1) GIFT

The gifts (hereinafter the "Gift") that the winner of the Competition will receive are:

The fuel of the month, with a total value of one hundred and fifty euros(€150)

The Gift is personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for money. Redemption is made with a prepaid Piraeus Bank gift card.
(3) RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Natural persons who have completed the eighteenth (18th) year of age, have legal capacity and are residents of Greece are eligible to participate.

(4) EXCLUSIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Excluded from the Competition are the executives and employees of the Organizer, as well as the spouses and relatives of the above natural persons by blood or blood relationship up to the second (b) degree.
(5) CONTEST DURATION

The duration of the Competition is indefinite and the draw for the gift will be drawn every 1 working day for the previous month.
The Organizer reserves the right to stop the Competition. In this case, the draw will take place for those days.
(6) METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

The interested party takes part in the Competition:

(a) downloading the application from the google play – apple store and registering when entering the application (name, date of birth, gender and email).

(b) adding to the application at least one Vehicle and one Route, from the menu.

(7) DRAWING – SELECTION OF WINNERS

(a) The draw for the Gift, Fuel of the month, with a total value of one hundred and fifty euros (€150), will be held as specified above, at the offices of the Organizer, Agia Paraskevi, Attica, 358 Mesogeion Street & Epirou 1, by electronic means. One (1) lucky winner will be drawn each month. The Organizer reserves the right to reject a winner if it suspects the use of unfair means in his participation. In addition, (1) alternate winner will be selected, who will also be selected in the order of their draw and if it is established that they validly participate in the Contest.
As "valid participation" according to the above, it means any participation in the Competition for which the following applies cumulatively: (a) it has been formed in accordance with the present conditions posted on the website www.yiufi.com/diagonismos and does not contradict the applicable legislation, decency and public order, (b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in article 6 above, (c) does not, in the judgment of the Organizer, constitute, in itself, the product of illegal technical influence on the systems of the Organizer or in general fraud or unfair interference by the participant or a third party and (d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer's systems, within the time period from the start to the end of the Competition. In particular, if it is established that any participant violates or there are reasonable suspicions or even simple indications that they are attempting to violate their network, system or software through illegal actions.

The name of the winner will be announced immediately after the draw is held through the social media pages maintained by the Organizing company and on its website.

(8) NOTIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE

The winner will be informed by e-mail to the e-mail address he/she has declared, for the receipt of the Gift, from the offices of the Organizer, in Agia Paraskevi, Attica, 358 Mesogeion Street & Epirus 1. With the sending of the above message by the Organizer, it is automatically presumed that the winner has been informed.

The winner must, within five (5) days of sending the above message, contact the Organizer at tel. 2152159860 or by e-mail at [email protected] or at [email protected] and to confirm his participation. If he does not communicate, then the Prize is canceled for this winner and an alternate winner will be selected, according to the order of the draw, to whom the same procedure as above will be followed.

The Organizer bears no responsibility for fruitless attempts to notify the winners of the Prizes, especially when these are due to non-response to their contact information, as they have stated.
It is necessary for the delivery of the gift to show the identity card or valid passport of the recipient of the gift. Gift collection days are set from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

(9) PERSONAL DATA

The details of the participants will be included in a database, which will be maintained by the Organizer who is the controller and is based in Agia Paraskevi, Attica, 358 Mesogeion Street & Epirou 1, tel. 2152159860, e-mail [email protected]. The data will be processed by the data controller and persons who will act on his orders or in agreement with him, for publicity purposes. Anyone interested in requesting the updating or deletion of their information should contact the above address. Under no circumstances will participants' personal information be transferred, sold or rented to third parties. The Organizer may send informative/advertising e-mails to the e-mail address provided by the participant.

(10) STATEMENTS OF PARTICIPANTS

Contest participants provide their consent and authorization to the Organizer for the promotion of the Contest and its results through print, electronic media and social networks. The Organizer reserves for itself, the right to use and publish any news item related to the awarding and raffles of the Gifts for advertising purposes, and everyone's participation in the Competition automatically constitutes consent to this effect.

The participation automatically provides with regard to the aforementioned and the consent and assignment of the necessary copyrights free of charge, without any financial claim or demand of the participants and without the payment to them of any fee or compensation. The winner is obliged, as long as he is asked by the above company, to declare his victory on the Organizer's Facebook page and / or on any social network and to promote photographic material with the gifts he won.

Participants are solely responsible for the complete and correct completion and submission of their information. The Organizer relies on the correctness, truth and legality of the information in the participants' statements and is neither obliged nor able to check the above. Incomplete or incorrect or untrue completion of the participants' information gives the Organizer the right to cancel their participation in the Competition.

The participants must behave in the context of good faith and good morals throughout the duration of the Contest, as well as not insulting the image of the Organizer. Otherwise, the Organizer, at its discretion, may cancel entries, with the result that those interested will not participate in the Competition, despite the formal fulfillment of the remaining conditions.

Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional reading and acceptance of: (a) all the above terms and conditions, and (b) the terms of use of the Website www.yiufi.com/diagonismos the consequent waiver by the participants of any related claim, claim and right against the Organizer.

(11) OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The right and the possibility to participate in the Competition exist only during its conduct, as defined above. Attempting to participate before or after the aforementioned dates of the competition is not possible.

The Gifts are specific, personal and non-exchangeable, nor can they be exchanged for another or redeemed for cash at any price. The Gift to be delivered under these terms is provided in the condition it has and is in. The Organizer's responsibility ends with the completion of the Competition by which the winners are selected. Participation in the Contest requires access to the internet by the interested parties with their own technical means. The Organizer bears absolutely no responsibility if for reasons beyond their control or for reasons of force majeure (indicatively, problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer components, software, non-sending or receiving data due to lack of available space or due to technical problems or congestion on the internet or on any website or due to a combination of these events, interruption of connection to the internet, as well as attack by computer viruses, malicious or illegal actions or interventions of third parties, fraudulent actions) delay or fails to send data made in the context of the Contest.
The results of the draws cannot be contested or challenged by any legal means. The winner, at any stage including that of the use of the Prize, may be excluded for the following reasons: (a) in the event that, for any reason, he does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential (b ) in the event that his participation does not meet any of the conditions herein (c) in the event that any of the information he declared is false (d) in the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner to take advantage of the Gift is fruitless (e) in the event that, for any reason, the winner is not found as specified above or is delayed in making use of the Gift. In the event that participation is canceled after the Gift has been awarded, the company reserves the right, in addition to any other claim, to request the return of the Gift that has been awarded.

After the expiration of the duration of the Contest and the return of the Gift to the winner, any obligation of the Organizer ceases to exist and the Organizer does not assume any future obligation towards the Contest participants.

The Organizing Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to unilaterally modify all the terms of this Contest and the raffles, to shorten or extend its duration, to interrupt, cancel or cancel this Contest.

The Organizing Company does not bear any responsibility, which for reasons related to an incident, which constitutes force majeure, cannot perform the obligations arising from this, and is exempted symmetrically and completely from its obligations on both sides.

(12) GOVERNING LAW – TAXATION

These terms are governed by and supplemented by Greek law and for the resolution of any matter related to the Competition, regarding the validity, interpretation and application of any term of the Competition and in general about any issue related to the Competition, whether during of or after its expiration, including the lawsuits regarding the taking of injunctive measures and the execution, the Courts of Athens are designated exclusively competent.
